One Minute Workout

In this post:

  • a quick one minute workout or activity break.
  • use the same circuit by setting a timer for 12 minute and doing AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible).

The Circuit

  • 10 single under jumps with a jump rope
  • 10 double under jumps with a jump rope
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 Squats
